Here are the RULES of ordering from our site. We do not bend our rules or make exceptions. Please don’t ask!
– We accept payment ONLY in bitcoin. There are many ways to buy bitcoin and we have made tutorials making it easy. If you don’t understand and don’t want to learn there is an easy way in our website to explain how to buy bitcoin.
– Please allow up to two weeks for delivery before inquiring about a “lost” order. Along with our new site we have streamlined our order processing to speed up shipping and are now shipping MOST packages priority mail (we ship certain items first class).
– To receive just one package, choose all your items from the same shipper. If you choose items from two or more shippers expect multiple packages that might arrive on different days.
– Gram Samples are for first time customers only! If you add these items as an add-on to your order we will not include it. Instead you will be sent a $5/$10 refund in the form of a discount code.
– Please don’t waste our time trying to rip us off. We track all orders carefully and are very experienced in the different ways people try to con us. We also HAVE NON-Tracked standart letters 3-7 days. You can also choice them.
– We try to fill every order faithfully but if the item you ordered has run out of stock our shippers will substitute the closest equivalent they have. If you specify your preference in the comments of your order (i.e., ‘sub with sativa only’ or even ‘no substitutions’) then they will do their best to honor that.
– We will mix and match flower orders over 1/2 ounce into up to two strains (e.g. you can’t split an ounce into four strains, just two). To do this just buy a half or full ounce of one kind and put the other kind you want in the comments. Note that you cannot order an ounce of cheaper bud and split with a more expensive strain. Also please choose your second choice from the same shipper.
– For “lost” orders we will look up the tracking number. We do NOT offer tracking numbers otherwise. If genuinely lost in the mail we will offer a reship or a refund. If the package shows as delivered we will not offer this.
